Customer Service Officer / Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general receptionist duties such as:
    • Booking appointments, data entry and record updating
    • Handle patients’ enquiries, promoting products and services
    • Assist in ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pleasant, sincere and patient or customer-oriented
  • Dental knowledge and experience is strongly preferred
  • PC skills (MS Office, etc…)
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
