Human Resources Manager (Business Partner)

A renowned F&B company is recruiting a Human Resources Manager (Business Partner)

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Business Unit Head to develop and implement HR strategies and solutions so as to support the corporate objectives and business unit development initiatives
  • Lead a small team to provide full-range HR services including workforce planning, recruitment and talent management, compensation and benefits, performance and succession planning management, employee relations and engagement
  • Provide professional HR advice and consultation to line managers to resolve HR and related issues
  • Collaborate with Group HR team on HR policies review and development, payroll management and other HR projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years of HR business partnering experience preferably in sizable organizations
  • Capable to collaborate with senior management to lead and drive HR initiatives
  • Strong influencing, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
