Assistant Manager, Staffing and Talent Acquisition

Our client, a reputable leader in F&B industry, is looking for an Assistant Manager, Staffing and Talent Acquisition

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment programs and activities for frontline and operations staff to support the business development initiatives
  • Develop, implement and evaluate new and on-going recruitment programs to meet the staffing needs
  • Review and enhance effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment and on-boarding process from sourcing, screening, assessment, selection, making offer to on-boarding provision

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder, preferably of Human Resources, Business Administration Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as Human Resources generalist with focus on talent acquisition and staffing functions
  • Exposures to fast-paced industry or work environment an advantage
  • Proactive in partnering with operations leaders/managers to resolve problems
  • Creative, result oriented with good communication and presentation skills
  • Good written & spoken English and Chinese
