Senior Manager, Learning and Development

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement L&D strategy and action plans to support people development of the organization
  • Conduct training needs analyses and develop L&D solutions to enhance team performance and service level
  • Provide L&D advisory/consultancy services to line managers
  • Participate in performance management and systems, succession planning and organization development review and enhancement projects

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Training, Learning and Development and related disciplines
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in L&D
  • Working experience in F&B industry an advantage
  • Customer focused, result-oriented and proactive
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as "Manager, L&D"
